Friends around the world, social media can be looked upon in a positive way.
One example would be connections with friends.

Its pretty amazing to see how in the palm of your hand you can instantly talk to a friend who is all the way in Europe or another country with a different time zone.
Before we had to walk or physically be there to converse or even reconnect with anyone.
